Process
Predictable, production-aware, and built for collaboration
You should know exactly how a project moves from first call to delivery. Here's the process.
Discovery & Scope
We meet with your team to understand the world, the production schedule, and exactly where the language will appear: dialogue, on-screen text, naming, and performance support. You receive a written scope document with deliverables, milestones, and fixed pricing before any design work begins.
- Kickoff call with your creative team
- Written scope with deliverables, milestones, and fixed pricing
- No design work begins until scope is approved
Language Design
Phonology, grammar, vocabulary, and (where needed) the writing system are built around the world. We share progress samples early so you can hear and see the direction before full production work begins. No surprise reveals at the end.
- Phonological palette and sound samples
- Grammar core that supports natural performance
- Working vocabulary aligned to script needs
- Writing system drafts when applicable
Review & Refinement
Two structured revision rounds with your team. We tune sound, rhythm, glyph identity, and naming until the language fits the world. Notes from showrunners, designers, and directors are combined into one coherent revision pass.
- Two structured revision rounds included
- Consolidated notes turned into one coherent pass
- Live sessions available for major creative reviews

Final reference packs ship to your team: pronunciation guides, IPA, actor-facing dialogue, glyph libraries, and naming references. We stay on call for ADR, pickups, and dialogue additions during the production window so your team is never blocked.
